ATM and atm

ATM is a term in telecommunication, an abbreviation of asynchronous transfer mode. It is also an abbreviation of automated teller machine that is used by an ATM cardholder to withdraw cash from one's bank account.

On the other hand 'atm' is a term in physics, a short form of 'atmosphere', used as the name of a unit of pressure.
