ACACIA

ACACIA is a tree or shrub, frequently thorny, and is native to tropical climate. Numerous plants of this species are found in warm climates. It has astringent and gum-yielding properties, and a large group of these are natives of tropical Africa and Australia. It bears spikes or clusters of yellow or white flowers.
