Acid rock

Acid rock is a music. It is a type of rock music characterized by long instrumental solos musical impovisation and a few lyrics, if any.

Acid rock originated and popularise in the late 1960s.

It is psychedelic in nature and has been associated with and inspired by the use of hallucinogenic drugs like LSD. Tom Wolfe describes this as the LSD-influenced music.
