ACONITINE

Aconitine is a term used in chemistry for a most virulent poison obtained from aconite, a poisonous family of plants that includes monkshood.

It is an alkaloid, the very small quantity of which is sufficient to cause death. It is very difficult of detection when employed in taking away life.
