Ageism

Ageism is a belief and practice prevalent is almost all the civilizations of the world that evaluates people on the basis of their age.

It is one of the ancient practice. Plato in his law says that younger people must respect the elders.

Certain facilities are given, even in the modern age, on the basis of age of the person. However, many consider it a prejudice, and a practice of discrimination.
