Aggravation

Aggravation is a state of being aggravated. It is worsening of something annoying, such as a disease.

It is also a technical term in homeopathy that refers to worsening of symptoms after administering too strong a dose of the medicine that is supposed to cure them. Such medicines cure the patients after the aggravation.
