Ajinomoto
Ajinomoto is the Japanese name for a salt, named monosodium glutamate. Though, It is a tasteless compound, it is traditionally used as taste enhancer. Excess of its use is harmful.It was originally produced from seaweed, but now being produced from bean and cereal protein.
