Albanian is someone or something of or related to Albania, a region is Europe.

Thus a native of Albania, a person of Albanian descent, and their language etc are called Albanian.

Albanian, the language, is a branch of the Indo-European group of languages, and is spoken not only in the Republic of Albania, but also in Serbia (Kosovo), and in other regions that are part of Albanian geographical region.
