Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955) was a German-born Jewish theoretical physicist. He is best known for developing the theory of relativity. He had renounced German citizenship in 1896 and then became stateless until 1901 when he acquired Swiss citizenship and remained a Swiss citizen until his death. Nevertheless, he had multiple citizenship of several other countries - Austro-Hungarian citizenship briefly between 1911 and 1912; German citizen again from 1914 to 1933, as a citizen of the Kingdom of Prussia and later the Free State of Prussia and the Weimar Republic; and naturalized American citizen in 1940.Wisdom & Quotes
