Algonquian

Algonquian, also spelled Algonkian, is someone or something of or related to Algonquins, a North American Indian people.

A group of languages of the family of North American Indian languages are also called Algonquian, which were once spoken in the vast area from the Atlantic seaboard to the Great Lakes and the Great Plains. This group of languages includes Ojibwa, Cree, Blackfoot, Cheyenne, Fox, Menomini, and Delaware.
