Alley

An alley is a narrow passage or path between two structures, such as buildings, or between plants and trees in gardens.

In games, the specified narrow areas are also called alleys.

In tennis, it refers to the passages between the doubles sideline and the singles or service sideline of the court.

In baseball, it refers to the area lying between the outfielders in left center or right center field.
