Amphiuma

Amphiuma is an eellike amphibian found in the southeastern United States. This fully aquatic creature lives in stagnant water and swamps. It has very small limbs. It belongs to Amphiumidae family of the genus Amphiuma.

There are three species of Amphiuma - the one-toed, the two-toed and the three-toed Amphiuma.
