Wisdom & Quotes

  • Others, like myself, must have felt their lives crumble away in the course of an existence devoid of love. If I cry, I cry a little for them.
- From Sleep Unbound
  • Art and family life are reconcilable if it's worth it - which is to say, if you act out of conviction and not just convention or a sense of obligation.
  • First
erase your name,
unravel your years,
destroy your surroundings,
uproot what you seem,
and who remains standing?
Then,
rewrite your name,
restore your age,
rebuild your house,
and then,
endlessly,
start over, all over again.

Oriana Fallaci
