Angelman syndrome
Angelman syndrome, also Angelman's syndrome, is a rare condition of mental disability and a tendency toward jerky movement. It is named after the British doctor Harold Angelman in the 1970s who first described the condition. It is a congenital disorder caused by the absence of certain genes normally present on the copy of chromosome 15 inherited from the mother.Nearby pages
