Anglo-American

Anglo-American refers to someone or something of or relating to both Britain or Americas, particularly the United States. The Anglo-American people are sometimes simply called Anglos. They are white English-speaking Americans as distinct from Hispanic Americans. Someone of English descent, but born or living in Americas, or an American of English ancestry, or an American born in England is also sometimes referred to as Ango-American.
