Anole

Anole, also called chameleon, is a kind of lizard. It has some ability to change its own colour. It is small in size and lives mainly on trees. Numerous species of this creature are found. The green anole (A. carolinensis) is particularly popular as a pet. This arboreal American creature has throat fan which is brightly coloured in males of its kind. Zoologically, its genus is Anolis and family Iguanidae.
