Antbird
Antbird is an insectivorous bird found mainly in the tropical forest of South America. It is long-legged and short-tailed. The males of its kind have typically dark gray plumage but females have brown. They feed on insects disturbed by swarms of army ants. It belongs to Formicariidae family. Several species of antbirds are found in the region of which Myrmeciza, Cercomacra, and Drymophila are particularly noteworthy.
