Anthropic Principle

Anthropic principle is cosmological principle which says that the observations of the universe must be compatible with the conscious and sapient life that observes it. It means, the necessity to allow human existence constrains the theories of the universe.

The ‘weak’ form of this principle affirms that the universe cannot be observed if living observers cannot exist. The argument is taken further by the ‘Strong’ forms of the principle. Since the features of the universe as being so are necessary for human existence, it seeks to explain them in all its dimensions.
