Anticipatory

Anticipatory is something done in anticipation of something that is likely to happen in the future.

In law, anticipatory orders are passed by competent courts in anticipation of some action against a person, such as anticipatory bail which is granted when a person is likely to be arrested before he goes to seek relief from a competent court of justice.
