Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the seven basic emotions of living beings. It is a feeling of unease, worry, or nervousness typically due to an impending imminent event or uncertain outcome of something. A natural anxiety sometimes becomes a psychiatric case characterized by excessive and unreasonable uneasiness and apprehension triggering compulsive behaviour and panic attacks. Such cases are diagnosed as a nervous disorders. In simple cases of anxiety, mere counseling is understood to be sufficient to give relief to the person suffering, however, in clinical cases of anxiety, the nervous disorders are treated by medicines.
