Aptitude test

Aptitude test is an examination conducted to determine a person's aptitude. Such an examination is typically conducted to select most appropriate persons for a particular job. The whole purpose is to determine whether the candidates have a particular skill, natural inclination, ability, or knowledge for doing the intended job or not. Highest scoring candidates are selected as per requirement. Candidates scoring less than the minimum score set as a benchmark are outright rejected. The selected candidates may require to appear in further tests or interviews before they are finally selected for the job.
