Arabic

Arabic is a Semitic language. It is spoken by Arabs throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Anything of or relating to the literature written in this language is also called Arabic. It has a cursive script, written from right to left. There are 28 consonants in this language and the vowels are indicated by additional signs. Several languages has adapted its script which includes Urdu of India and Pakistan, the former Turkish, Persian, and Malay.
