Arctic Ocean

Arctic Ocean is a circular ocean round the North Pole and lies within the Arctic Circle. Its diameter is 40°, with low, flat shores, covered with ice-fields, including numerous islands. Though much of the Ocean is covered with pack ice throughout the year, the Gulf Stream penetrates it, and a current flows out of it into the Atlantic.
