Aries
Aries, also called the Ram, is a term in astronomy for a small constellation. Its genitive is Arietis, which is used with a preceding letter or numeral to designate stars, such as the star Beta Arietis. In astrology, it is the first of the signs of the Zodiac, which the sun enters at the vernal equinox on March 21, though the constellation itself, owing to the precession of the equinoxes, is no longer within the limits of the sign. Aries is also a person born under the sign of Aries.
It said to represent the ram in Greek mythology whose Golden Fleece was sought by Jason and the Argonauts.
