Asmanjas

Asmanjas, in Hindu mythology, was a son of king Sagar. His mother’s name was Keshini. He had a son named Anshuman.

By his nature, Asmanjas was a cruel man. He used to throw little children into the river Saryu for entertainments. He used to derive happiness from seeing them drowning. For this reason, his father was disgusted with him. Later his father Sagar disowned him and banished him from his kingdom.
