Aversion therapy

Aversion therapy is a therapy to make a patient give up undesirable habits. It is a kind of behavioural therapy in which the unpleasant effects of the undesirable habits are emphasized in such a way that a strong feelings of dislike for the undesirable habits is aroused in the patients.
