Bag

Bag is a container made of flexible material to carry things. It has typically an opening at the top. A piece of luggage or a woman's purse are also sometimes called bag. The term is sometimes used as a measure, such as 'two bags full'. Bags of something is a plenty of something. The amount of game shots by an hunter is also called bag. In sports, bag is a term used for a base in baseball. In human biology, bags are the loose folds of skin under one's eyes. Bag is used also as an informal derogatory term for a woman, especially an older woman, such as an 'old bag'. Such women are perceived as unattractive, bad-tempered, and unpleasant. One's bag is also an informal term which denotes the interest of a person, such as a political bag.
