Bald eagle

Bald eagle is a North American eagle that is the national emblem of the United States. It derives its name from its being white-headed. One of the special characteristics of this bird is that it also preys on fish. Bald eagle is most common in Alaska, a state in the US. Its zoological name is Haliaetus leucocephalus, and it belongs to the family Accipitridae.
