Bananaquit

Bananaquit is a small songbird common in West Indies and Central and South America. It has a curved bill, typically white stripe over the eye, a sooty gray back, and yellow underparts. Its zoological name is Coereba flaveola, which is the only member of the family Coerebidae. It is sometimes also placed in the family Emberizidae and the subfamily Parulinae.
