Bangor

Bangor is the name of at least two important cities - one is in the UK and the other ins in the US.

In the UK, Bankor is an episcopal city in Carnarvon, northern Wales, with large slate quarries. It is a place of summer resort, chiefly because of the beauty of its surroundings.

In the US, it is an industrial city in east central Maine, a state in the United States. It is located on the Penobscot River.
