Banh mi

Banh mi, literally bread in Vietnamese, is a sandwich in Vietnamese cuisine. It is a stuffed food item in which a variety of ingredients are filled in a baguette. The baguette is traditionally baked with both rice and wheat flour, and the ingredients to be filled typically included meat, pickled vegetables, and chili peppers.
