Bank draft

Bank draft, also banker's draft or banker's cheque, is a cheque drawn by a bank on its own funds in another bank. It ensures the payment of the amount mentioned on the draft to be paid to the payee whose name is mentioned on it. Bank issues a draft after taking payable amount and other charges from the person making request for the draft on their behalf.
