Baronet

Baronet is a member of the lowest hereditary titled British order. Though his status is that of a commoner, but can use "Sir" before his name. The current order was instituted in early 17th century. It is worth mentioning here that the term originally did not denote a nobleman, but a gentleman who was summoned by the king/queen to attend parliament.
