Basket Maker

Basket maker was a name given to a member of an ancient community of the same name of southwestern US. The community was named so on the basis of the basketry and other woven fragments found in early cave sites. The community formed the early stages of the Anasazi culture, that existed between the 1st century BC and c. AD 700.
