Battle of Blenheim

Battle of Blenheim was fought in 1704 at Blindheim, a village in Bavaria in Germany near Augsburg. Blenheim is the English name for this village. The French and Bavarians were defeated by the allied armies of Great Britain and Holland under the Duke of Marlborough on August 2, 1704.
