Bemba

Bemba is a lake in Africa, the highest feeder of the Congo, of an oval shape, 150 miles long and over 70 miles broad, and 3000 ft. above the sea-level.

Bemba is also a member of an indigenous people of Zambia called 'the Bemba', and also the name of the Bantu language they speak. Anything of or relating to the Bemba and their languages is also referred to as Bemba.
