Bengaline

Bengaline is a fabric. It derived its name from the French 'Bengals', an archaic term for fabrics, usually silks, imported from Bengal. It is a strong and ribbed fabric and has similarity with 'Bengals'. It is made of a mixture of silk and cotton, or silk and wool.
