Berenice Abbott

Berenice Abbott (1898-1991) was a US photographer and teacher. This woman photographer became famous in the 1930s when she documented New York City in photographs, which was published under the title Changing New York in 1939.

She was editing The World of Atgel in 1964. She also used to teach photography.
