Bhoganadih and Panchkathiya are in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand in India. Bhoganadih is a small village which is known for the two brave brothers named Sido (Siddhu) and Kanu. These brothers later became the legendary figures in folklore in the are, who led the Santal revolt in 1855. This village is very sacred for the tribals. There is also a memorial for the brothers in this village. Panchkathiya is another village where these brothers were hanged by the British. It has also become important in the history of Jharkhand, particularly the history of Santals.
