Bhopal
Bhopal is a district in the State of Madhya Pradesh in India. The district derives its name from the town of the same name which is also the headquarters of the district. This town is also the capital of the State.History
It is the 11th century city Bhojpal, founded by Raja Bhoj, but the present city was established by an Afghan soldier, Dost Mohammed (1707-1740). His descendants build Bhopal into a beautiful city.It was a well-governed native state in Central India, under British protection, with a capital city of the same name; under a government that has been always friendly to Britain.
