Bhuri

Bhuri is an epithet of the gods Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiv. Hindu mythology tells us that the Supreme God is represented by the trinity representing the power of creation, maintenance and destruction with the point of view of recreation respectively.

In the Mahabharata, there is also a warrior of the same name. He was a son of Somdatt, and brother of Bhurishrava and Shal. Satyaki killed him in the Mahabharata war.

Bhuri was also the name of a son of Shuk by his wife Pivari.
