Bice Bice, also 'blue bice' or 'bice blue' is a pigment of medium blue colour. It is made from 'basic copper carbonate' (Copper Carbonate Hydroxide) having chemical formula Cu2(OH)2CO3, or Cu2CO3(OH)2.
