Biceps
Biceps is a term in anatomy for a muscle having two points of attachment, particularly at one end. It is thus a 'two-headed muscle', such as biceps brachii, the large twin muscles on the front part of the upper arm that work as a single muscle, attached to the arm bone by tough connective tissues, turns the hand to face palm uppermost and flexes the arm and forearm. 'Biceps femoris' is also called biceps in short, a name for the muscle in the back of the thigh that helps in flexing the leg.Bicep is also the bicep curls that is formed along the biceps on the front part of the upper arm.
