Bidi

Bidi, also beedi or biri, is a type of smoking stick made of raw tobacco wrapped in tendu (Diospyros melanoxylon) leaves. It is made and consumed chiefly in South Asian countries. It is an earliest form of smocking stick which derives its name from the Sanskrit 'vitika'.
