Black belt

Black belt is an award conferred on a person after certain level of experties in judo, karate, and other martial arts. The black belt is worn by the person conferred on the award.

The Black Belt is also the name of an agricultural district in central Alabama and Mississippi in the United States. The region derives its name from its fertile soil of the black colour.
