Blasphemy

Blasphemy is the act of speaking evil, a profane talk, sacrilegiously uttered about the God or sacred things. Ruskin has defined it as the opposite of euphemy, and as wishing ill to anything, culminating in wishing ill to God, as the height of "ill-manners." Blasphemy is an offence in several countries.
