Blimp

Blimp is an obese person. A small nonrigid airship is also informally called a blimp. Soundproof covers of movie cameras are also called blimps. Colonel Blimp is also called Blimp in short, and is used for someone pompous or reactionary, though originally Colonel Blimp was a character in anti-German or antigovernment drawings published before and during the World War II by cartoonist David Low (1891 — 1963).
