Blowhole

Blowhole is a hole to blow or breathing through such as nostril, or a vent for air in a tunnel or similar structure. It is also a hole in the ice to which seals, whales, and other aquatic creature come to breath. A blowhole is also the cavity made in a metal because of blowing of air through its molten state.
