Boil

Boil is a term that refers to an inflammation on the skin usually filled with pus. Such a swelling is caused typically by an infection of a hair follicle. It is painful.

Boiling is an act or process of heating a liquid to the temperature at which it bubbles, and then turns to vapour. That temperature is called boiling point.
