Burslem

Burslem is a town in Staffordshire in England. It was formerly known as a pottery-manufacturing town, and the "mother of the potteries" when it chiefly manufacturing porcelain and glass. Industrial scale pottery production has drastically declined since the 1970s, however, specialist makers and smaller producers of high-value ceramics are thriving.
